Service Start Instructions for Radio Services, Monitoring & Dispatching

​

Starting your service will mainly revolve around the creation of your service account:

1. Client Portal

2. Onboarding Form

3. Agreement Signing

4. Service Ticket / New Service

5. Invoice / Service Activation

  Step 1: Create Your Code 3 Dispatch Customer Portal

1.   Visit the Radio Monitoring/ Dispatch Page:
   - Go to the official Code 3 Dispatch Customer Portal by clicking the link.

2.   Click on "Create Account":
   - Locate and click on the "Create Account" button to begin setting up your customer portal.

3.   Provide Required Information:
   - Fill in the necessary details, including your personal and payment information. Ensure to add a payment method unless otherwise informed.

4.   Verify Your Email:
   - Check your email for a verification link sent by Code 3 Dispatch Customer Portal and click on it to confirm your account.

5.   Add Payment Method:
   - Unless informed otherwise, add a payment method to your customer portal to facilitate a quick and effective launch of services.

  Step 2: Fill Out the Onboarding Form

1.   Access Your Account Portal:
   - Log in to your Code 3 Dispatch Customer Portal using your newly created credentials.

2.   Navigate to Onboarding Form:
   - Locate the onboarding form within your account portal.

3.   Complete the Onboarding Form:
   - Fill in all the required information in the onboarding form, providing details about your business, specific requirements, and any other relevant information.

4.   Submit the Form:
   - Review your entries and submit the onboarding form.

  Step 3: Agreement Signing

1.   Check Your Email for Service Agreement:
   - After completing the onboarding form, check your email for the service agreement sent by Code 3 Dispatch.

2.   Read and Sign the Agreement:
   - Carefully read through the terms and conditions of the service agreement. Sign the agreement electronically and submit it as instructed in the email.

   Step 4: Submit "New Service" Help/Service Ticket

1.   Return to Your Account Portal:
   - Log back into your Code 3 Dispatch Customer Portal.

2.   Submit a Help/Service Ticket:
   - Create a new help/service ticket within your account portal, naming it "New Service."

3.   Include Questions and Comments:
   - In the ticket, include any questions you may have and provide additional information if needed.

4.   Monitor Ticket Replies:
   - Keep an eye on replies from the service ticket. Code 3 Dispatch may seek clarifications, ask about radio count/types, or inform you that your invoice is ready for payment.

  Final Steps: Activation of Services

1.   Complete Payment:
   - Once all steps are completed and any clarifications are addressed, make the payment as specified in the invoice.

2.   Radio Mailing and Service Activation:
   - Upon successful payment, your radio(s) will be mailed out, and your services will be activated.
