Your radio will be assigned to our dedicated dispatch channel, ensuring direct and efficient communication with our dispatching services. Additionally, for an additional cost, you have the option to add a talk around channel, allowing direct communication with your team members without involving the dispatch.
To get you up and running smoothly, there is a one-time setup fee per radio, covering the configuration and activation of your device on our network. Our team will ensure that your radios are programmed correctly and tailored to your specific needs.
Once you're connected, our dispatchers play a crucial role in coordinating patrol response. When dispatch receives your radio transmission, they will immediately spring into action. They will radio the assigned patrol response company and provide them with vital information about your location and the nature of the incident.

As the patrol response company makes their way to your location, our dispatchers will keep you updated with real-time information about their estimated time of arrival. You can rest assured knowing that help is on the way.

When you choose our Radio Patrol Response Services, your two-way radio will be covered under warranty as long as you maintain an active service agreement with us. This means that if your radio experiences any malfunctions due to manufacturing defects or technical issues, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.

It's important to note that the warranty covers radio malfunctions and technical issues, but does not extend to damages caused by negligence or misuse.
